Responsibilities

  • Assists project management
  • Assists with management of change orders
  • Reviews and distributes submittals
  • Works directly with projection superintendent ensuring all project information is communicated to all necessary parties
  • Assists in ordering materials
  • Assists project management estimating and quality takeoff
  • Available to visit the project periodically to assist project superintenden
  • Assists with updating schedules
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Good at multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Organized and punctual
  • Great communication skills
  • Familiar with Excel and Microsoft office product
  • Must be knowledgeable with computers
  • Must have a current driver’s license and vehicle. Periodic site visits are required using your own vehicle.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening prior to hiring.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in all phases of project management. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from beginning to completion
  • Establish open lines of communication between the client, contractor, design team, and management
  • Oversees project budgets and has high financial responsibilities
  • Cost estimating and budget establishment
  • Responsible for dealing directly with subcontractors, clients, and design team
  • Serves as the primary point of contact
  • Good at multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Manages project schedule
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with owners, designers, and subcontractors involved with the project

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or engineering preferred or equivalent education experience
  • Organized and punctual
  • Possesses great leadership and communication skill
